Cossentino Septic Pumping

John is fantastic. Day after Christmas our drain backed up and RotoRooter came and cleared it out after hours. The tech said the dirt and sand on his auger made him think broken pipe out to the septic tank. John came the next day, pumped out and confirmed the problem - there was gravel/rocks in the bottom of the septic tank. He came back and replaced our pipe the next week - when he was very much under the weather and should have postponed! I am so grateful to have it fixed - he knew how worried I was and was committed to service. John is super competent, thorough and conscientious about his work - I recommend him to anyone/everyone in the area who needs their tank pumped or other work. I trust him 100% to work on our home and property.
