Contacted this company when I had a plugged up septic tank the day after thanksgiving where most other companies were closed. I left a message on their voicemail and Scott called me back within 10-15 minutes. I explained to him that my septic system was backed up and I needed help. He had given his employees off but came out on his own within a hour to fix my problem. Scott gave me some other pointers to test my toilets when he found that I had another problem with continuous water leaking into the septic tank. After doing what he said I was able to fix the other issue. I would highly recommend Reliable Septic Services. Very professional and they care about the customer and have went above and beyond with their service. Also the price was cheaper after checking around after the service was completed. I will call them back if I have any more issues. This company does all outside issues but none inside of the house.

Scott answered his phone and guided me through the process. Order soil survey, where to turn it in, how to get the permit. He showed up to my house, and offered 2 ways to fix the issue. The AIR machine way, or new drainfield. The next day ran the AIR machine and the septic tank drained. 5 stars, wish I could give him 10 stars. Total professional, knows what he us doing and is a man of his word.

I was having issues with poor drainage from toilets and my washing machine. Scott (the owner) and William came out the morning I called. They were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as pleasant to deal with. They found the septic tank (which was challenging), uncovered it, pumped it out, and installed an access port in the tank cover, for a reasonable price. Drainage is now excellent. Highly recommended.
