Southwick Liquid Waste

We highly recommend Southwick Liquid Waste. My wife and I lived in town for 21 years before deciding to move to the country. We always had a water softener, but no experience with how that might affect a septic system. We had water standing on top of the ground in the lateral field and thought our system had failed. Jason asked how often our water softener was cycling/discharging and suggested we adjust it before doing anything else. We changed the cycle, still had soft water and the excess water problem went away. We were prepared to put in a new system - Jason's advice saved us thousands of dollars.

The prior issue we had was due to an incorrect tank installation in 2007 by another septic company. Southwick was prompt and installed the tank and cleaned up all the dirt work afterwards! System works extremely well now.
