Amazing staff and lovely, calm professional environment. We walked in without an appointment and they could not have been more helpful. Kelly was gracious, kind, and very patient as she showed us the various options and answered our (many) questions. It was so comforting to talk to such a knowledgeable and caring person. She freely shared her time and we were able to see and feel all of the various masks and their components. (They have great mask options!) We left feeling much less apprehensive about the whole process. Sadly, they are not a Medicare CPAP provider yet so Medicare will not cover equipment bought from them. But my relative is planning to buy an additional mask here as it was so easy to walk in and immediately get what we needed. (And she felt Kelly was supportive and caring.) Great place.

I appreciate the professionalism of Sleeptopia. It was very difficult for me to make the purchase as I felt very selfish spending that much money on me. I am glad I did, I now sleep better and feel great during the day. I had a problem at first finding a head piece that would stay in place, the staff were very helpful, and worked with me until we resolved it.

I love this business for my sleep supplies. Employees are always friendly and accommodating. The office is very clean and inviting. Couldn’t ask for any better service than they provide. They even deliver my supplies when I’m ready for new.
