I got a facial with Alexandra and it was absolutely phenomenal service. Not only did my skin feel perfect, but she offered some great tips that I will be using daily. Was so good I came back for eyebrow threading with Julie and had the time of my life! Didn’t even notice the pain because of how comfortable she made me feel. And my eyebrows never looked better. I am an avid supporter and will be a repeat customer.

I’ve been going to Julie for waxing services and I’ve been about 4-5 times now and she has made me feel comfortable each and every time. The atmosphere inside the facility is very soothing and relaxing. The women at the front desk have always been welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I look forward to booking other services, alongside waxing, that Charm City Skin has to offer.

I have seen Julie for micro blading and touch up’s for my brows for a few years now, and I love every appointment I have with her! Her knowledge and expertise have always made me feel comfortable with every step of the process, from our first consultation to aftercare instructions. I get so many compliments on my brows and always give them Julie’s name. Thanks for being awesome!

Very lovely welcoming salon , met the owner and she was the nicest. The massage was also spectacular & well worth the amount of. The massager gave the exact pressure requested .will definitely be back.

I booked for my birthday and the facial and massage were amazing, I enjoyed both and they were very attentive and take pride in their shop. I will definitely return!!

I got my very first facial and massage here and it was amazing! I feel asleep with how gentle they were. The staff was really nice especially Zina! Will def come back!

I have been getting my eye lashes done by Heather for a few years now. She is an amazing lash artist. As well as dependable, professional, and respectful. She makes every appointment relaxing. I’ve received massages by her as well and have loved every one! I recommend Tranquil Traditions Wellness and Heather 1000.

First time getting a hydration facial at Tranquil and it was amazing! Courtney did an amazing job, I will definitely be seeing her again in the future. She was very professional and provided me with great feedback on how to improve my overall skin. Their products are great and I left feeling very refreshed.

Tonight my husband and I received our first couples massage ever by Heather and Amanda. They were so kind, welcoming and simply amazing Massage Therapist’s . We both enjoyed every second of it(90min is the way to go!) and also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was BREATHTAKING!! This space is literally a best kept secret, that won’t be a secret for long! I loved that this location is a one stop shop when it comes to health and wellness. Thank you both so much.
