My SIL and I wanted to get tattoos before she returned to NC, so walk ins were our only choice We walked in with ideas and walked out with personalized tattoos just 2 hours later. Down to Earth, friendly people working the counter and the artists are very friendly too! Adam did a fantastic job, is very talented, and was easy to talk to throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!!

I am beyond pleased with my experience. Chris took the time to understand what I wanted and did a great job of covering up my old tattoo. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend.

I had always wanted, but never got a tattoo. Life just got in the way. I am in a place in my life where I am able to finally move forward with this. It took me a while to find the shop/artist I wanted. I was impressed with all of the artists at Black Lotus. I asked Lydia if she was willing to work with me and design what I had in mind. In simple terms, she hit it out of the park! I could not be happier with the design, placement, artwork, etc. Her patience with me as a first timer was immensely appreciated as well. I have always wanted only one tattoo, and the experience with the place was nothing less than I had ever hoped for.

Black Lotus is a killer shop. I came in a few weeks ago to get my first tattoo. I booked with Kirsten and what she came up with, then put on my arm, is a work of art. The experience was great from booking to arrival to the tattoo itself. The shop is pristine and there is incredible art all over the place. The atmosphere was just great. I felt like it I was hanging out with a bunch of friends - laughing, talking, having a good old time. I also brought in my kiddo to get their nose pierced for their 16th bday and Missy was awesome. She explained everything in detail and made my kiddo feel so comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back for more tattoos. Highly recommend this group of super talented artists and just awesome human beings.

The receptionist Jessica was very welcoming and genuinely friendly and the tattoo artist Danielle was great! Totally a five star atmosphere and experience from beginning to end. I didn't have an appointment and went spontaneously and was glad I went there.
