GLOSS SALON & DAY SPA REVIEWS

This was my first visit to Gloss Salon and what an amazing overall. Starting with the staff upfront, they were all very friendly and helpful and then it was time for my anti-aging facial. Elisa took her time and asked several questions before the facial began in order to determine my preferences and to get to know my skin type and asked about my current skin maintenance routine. She was so thorough and polite and professional and during the facial, she explained everything that was going to happen, any type of scent that I might experience, showed me the tools that she was working with, etc. It was so relaxing during the process and I could definitely tell a difference already as soon as the facial was completed. I need to be honest here, Elisa is my daughter and I truly feel like she treated me as one of her valued customers instead of her father, so I’m writing this review as a customer, not her father. She did an outstanding job overall, and I will definitely be back to see her again soon.

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING SERVICES!!! Booked body treatments with Morgan. Got a body scrub, back facial, and ultimate facial. Everything was customized for me and my preferences after a detailed consultation. Morgan was fantastic with her communication, her methods, checking in with pressure and how everything was feeling. And helped pick the best add-ons to go with my facial for my skin. I left feeling light as a feather, silky smooth, and super relaxed! 10/10 will go back and highly recommend! Went on another day and booked a Luxury Mani/Pedi with Marcia-best one I've ever had! Had a fantastic conversation with her while getting my hands and feet done together, the DewLuxe is amazing and I encourage anyone to try it! Quick added on a make up application with Camryn and left feeling and looking AMAZING!! Gloss is the best.

Yesterday was my first visit to Gloss. I think I officially found my new self-care/safe place. My esthetician that took care of me was super sweet and social. She does amazing at her job, pays attention to detail, and made me feel comfortable. Shout out to Mixtly! :) Overall, this place felt so welcoming.

I booked a facial without knowing exactly which services I needed, but Lauren was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. She took the time to assess my skin and helped me create a personalized and effective skincare plan. I'm so glad I chose this place over the many other day spa options in Omaha—such a great experience.

I always have such a fantastic experience at Faces! Jennifer is so kind and knowledgeable and takes such good care of her clients. She really knows how to target the issues, pain, or tension you might be having and help ease your muscles into relief.

We had a great experience at Faces for a couples massage. We booked about 2 weeks in advance and they squeezed us in. Our LMTs were amazing!! Magic hands.

Savannah is an amazing aesthetician. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends and have sent many people her way do they can have the best facial experience. She gives the most wonderful facials I have ever had and I have had many throughout the years. She tailors my facial based on my needs. Not only is she talented and professional, she goes above and beyond to make sure she meets all your needs and answer any questions. Her technique varies depending on the needs of your skin and her skill level shows she continues to learn the latest information in skincare to ensure you get the best facial possible. Love Savannah and wouldn’t go to any other aesthetician.

This was the most amazing massage. Hannah had some sort of magic skill and seemed to switch from side to side without a pause. I started trying to pay attention to when she changed location. It was still quite a relaxing experience.

I got a massage with Amy and it was one of the best massages I’ve had! I told her about my problem areas and she focused more on those areas. I definitely will be back.
