Jenna is so knowledgeable, kind, and really goes above and beyond whenever I come in for a service. Her down to earth warm personality is so calming and relaxing! I have sensitive skin and Jenna has tailored my services to meet my needs. I am always comfortable and have been very satisfied. Reva was the first esthetician that I have trusted in Grand Rapids with my hair removal. I had my chest, stomach, underarms and eyebrows done for multiple months. I was very happy with the way it looked after each session. On top of a 10/10 service she is a 10/10 personality you will not have a single issue if you visit.
