Public Storage Aurora

I reserved online and unfortunately when I arrived the one I needed had been rented out so needless to say I was a little bothered by that but in with any business first come first served right. Well after trying to find other locations with my needs one of the employees here “Mark” started to provide me with options that I could work with and ensured I got the best discounts when I decided to rent from here. I have to say if it was for Mark I probably would have spent more money somewhere else or had to find some where else further away. I would definitely talk to Mark if you need a storage unit here as they keep them very clean and good security and accessibility with the app itself. Good place to store your items.

I am renting from this location for the second time. We love it. The facility is nice and clean, but most of all I appreciate the friendly, professional, accommodating store manager Mark, who helped me to snag the last unit in the whole town that meets my family's needs. He helped me from afar while I was living out of state, and he went out of his way to ensure that I was able to secure a climate controlled, indoor, first floor unit, that was large enough for all of our things. THANKS MARK.

This is my second time using this location and it’s always a great experience! Mark and Chase were very helpful during my move out and made everything super easy.
