We arrived as a "walk-in" and Lacey was great. She took time to show us two different sized units. Then she patiently and professionally answered all of our questions. Though there was an administrative snag Lacey took action, made a phone call and got everything smoothed out. She made a corporate place like Smart Stop Self Storage feel like a "hometown" business. Friendly, respectful, and honest. Will surely recommend this Smart Stop to folks.

Lacey, Property Manager, was very helpful and friendly. She was got me setup quickly with the tour of my units to make sure that was the sizes that I needed before finalizing my lease paperwork. I appreciate her willingness to help and assist me in getting what I needed.
