Process to rent space was very simple, took less than an hour. Customer Service Rep, Shannon W. provided great customer service (which is very rare these days). He was very professional, informative and polite. Building is new, clean and nice.
The customer service was great she made my experience better than I could have ever imagined. Very helpful and professional her personality was amazing and I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a storage facility.
