Customer Service and Quality work will keep me coming back. I’ve been coming to Black Orchid and getting tattooed by Chris for over 20 years. From the receptionist to the artists, everyone is very professional and organized. This place is a piece of Savannah's history.

Alex!!! Absolutely the best! Alex made the experience something ill never forget. And what an artist. Just phenomenal. This was the best experience I had in Savannah. Made the whole trip worthwhile. I'll definitely be back.

First off, the whole shop is awesome. Clean, professional, and comfortable. Ive done 3 full sessions with Alex for a sleeve. He is a true "artist", not just a tattooist. If you want absolutely beautiful work (especially japanese neotraditional) that is custom to you and great conversation along the way at a reasonable price, he's your guy.

I went in to get my sleeve started and I had an idea of what I wanted, but I wasn’t sure how to execute it and I told Jake what I wanted and he worked his magic! The attention to detail he gives and he really listens to what you want and throws ideas around as well. I liked the fact that it was one on one with the artist and client and no distractions. The shop is very clean and they take pride in giving every client a personalized experience.

The best tattoo shop in Savannah has a great atmosphere and is very knowledgeable. Mrs. Aniya provided great customer service, making the process from beginning to end flawless and straightforward. Jake took his time listening to understand what I truly wanted so he could draw out a custom tattoo. I received a half-sleeve, so he tried to sketch out a story from the ideas I provided. The tattoo was very detailed, and I have received nothing but GLOWING comments. Best customer service ever. 100% recommend. I will be receiving more tattoos from them in the distant future.

I went in with an idea to make my preexisting tattoo better. And Big Jake walked me through what could be done. He helped me realize what I really wanted. And I couldn't be more impressed with the design. I have a few more sessions to go. There is a reason why they are booked out so far in advance. If you are serious, this is the place!.

Such an amazing experience and results!! Hillary and Lorna were fantastic - 5 stars!! We did a group visit from away, and they took such great care to help design and create 3 different designs for our botanical theme. Seriously would plan another family trip around coming back to see them again. It’s been less than 24 hours, and we’ve been stopped over and over with compliments. So professional, super spotless, amazing vibe, and lovely humans. So welcoming and friendly.

Such a great experience getting a tattoo of my sweet boy who passed. Lovely, welcoming atmosphere with talented artists - Lydia was so sweet and absolutely nailed it. I’m in love. Thank you for helping me honor Earie!.

From booking to aftercare my experience at Riverside Tattoo was perfect. I found flash on Hillary’s page and was able to book quickly. The shop is inviting and everyone is friendly. All of the spaces are clean and comfortable. Hilliary was so great to work with, she is professional and personable. I am so glad I got to add to my walking gallery with a memorable tiny house from her. I will definitely be back!.
