I have used Coles Towing several times via my AAA access. Every tech that has assisted me has always been great. However today's tech Tyrone gets 10 stars based on my crazy situation. Not only did he assist in changing my tire but he also assisted on us saving a baby kitten that had also made its way under my hood. I so appreciate his dedication to solving each of my problems. THANK YOU!!!!

The owner witnessed my son’s accident. I am two hours away as my son is away at college. Mr. Cole got on the phone with me and was insanely respectful. Calmed my son and myself down. He handled towing the vehicle and even offered to give the kids a ride if needed. His staff when releasing the vehicle were kind and courteous. Goes to show good people still exist!!

I had the pleasure of talking to Chris to tow my truck. He was professional, nice, and did what we both thought was the impossible…. Got my high listen truck out my garage! I give him 5 Stars! Thanks Brother Chris for a job well done. He deserves a raise off how he did!!!

This is my 2nd time using Cole's through mt Geico roadside asst. and each time they get better and better. The driver was Trey, that pick my son and car up in Phenix City, but the best directions I had for him was a Marathon Gas station next to dollar general. Trey said, I got you, I know where he is. 15 minutes later they pulled up. These guys are awesome - Robert G.
