Monster Tree Service of Southeast Denver

I am on the BOD for a 24 unit medium sized property. We hired Monster Tree to remove three trees, a large honey locust, a dead evergreen and a dead aspen, as well as clean up another few trees on the property. The communication was good, the work was good. Workers did a good job overall. The biggest complaint we had was a large branch was missed and left in a tree above the parking lot, which we understood could reasonably happen. However, it took almost three months of us asking them to come get the tree branch before they did. Pricing, timing, communication outside of that one incident was good!

I had a good experience with Monster Tree. The first tree that was put in ended up being bad. They came out and replaced it no questions asked. The new one seems to be doing great.
