Every staff member was friendly, informative, and professional. Turned out my case was complicated and Dr. Kormak was the best! He organized next steps, arranged a critically needed diagnostic imaging appointment, explained everything clearly and called me at home that night to bring me up to date and explain followup care needed. I appreciated his complete communication style, and his sharp focus on my urgent medical condition.

Overall, the entire process took a little over two hours (x-ray included). We did the pre-check in online and I'm not sure whether that helped with the wait. Dr. Roberts was great with my daughter and very patient. Definitely prefer urgent care to the ER.

I never have any issues when having to come to urgent care. They were able to see me in a timely manner. The health care workers were very caring and compassionate. Dr Casarez and team are doing a very good job caring for their patients.

The front desk staff was very nice fast and profession , Joe was super professional and helpful as well. The young lady who did the drugs screen was profession and nice and easy going too. From the beginning to end of the whole visit everything well smooth and all the staff who helped me made me feel like part of the team.

Great staff and teamwork. Efficient. Was given a reasonable wait time. They can get really busy sometimes. But I left earlier than expected. Also quite flexible and waited until I got the authorization from my employer. Thank you.
