Working and being in society created a need for people to seek help to get rid of all the negativity that spreads like wildfire into every aspect of one's life. I am dealing the best way I can with everyday frustrations and dealing with myself wouldn't be possible without a therapist. Highly reliable therapists that help restore one's well-being from the inside out.

Dr Lee Thao has been my favorite therapist I’ve ever had, after going to 12 therapist since I was 5. This is the first time I’ve felt seen and helped by a therapist. And I can actually see my self changing and using my coping skills. I really appreciate this program.

I’ve been very pleased with the services I’m currently receiving at mindpath. My psychiatrist and therapist are very empathic to my situation and very supportive and understanding.

Sessions are primarily on Zoom. My therapist is clearly compassionate and understanding. She seeks to be as helpful as possible, but can only provide advice and support equivalent to my integrity and authenticity as a patient. If I don't do my part to follow through with the advice given, my counselor cannot be effective. She can only provide guidance, I must do the necessary work to integrate the communication. I trust that my clinician has my best interests and willingness to provide a high level of clinical care. The only limitation thus far is a lack of cutting edge knowledge on newer substances that are becoming increasingly abused and the concurrent treatment modalities that would be most effective.

I have been working with Dr Martino for a few years. She is wonderful! I feel heard, she encourages, celebrates victories with me and most importantly to me, she remembers what's been going on with me. I whole heartedly suggest to make an appointment with her. Thx Dr Martino.

My experiences with LifeStance have always been very positive. I've had both office and video. While I do like office visits, the video has become easier for me. However, that being said - they're both great.
