Carolyn is great! One of the best occupational therapists. All the children that come to see her love her and enjoy the activities/games she has them do. I have seen so many great gains and progress in many of her patients. She's quite amazing. Shes was flexible and willing to do her best to work around your schedule to find good times to make appointments. She's also willing to work with other professionals who are helping the children (I.e., their teachers, counselors, psychologists, etc. to ensure each child has the best outcome possible. Overall, highly recommended.

Carolyn developed her private practice to provide optimal 1-on-1 sessions for her clients. Amazing service. Highly recommended. Fantastic therapy group.

This past year we were quite privileged to have Capital Kids provide occupational therapy services for our daughter. After we discovered she needed muscle tone therapy for her little hands, our desire was to find a place that was professional and specialized with children. Capital Kids met both goals in spades! For the first half of her treatment she had Monica, who was awesome and quite helpful in setting baseline progression goals. Then when Monica went out on paternity leave, she was replaced with Morgan who was equally great. Both therapists provided therapy in a fun environment that was also quite effective and strengthening her muscle tone on a weekly basis. Also, Jessica in the front office was always responsive and readily available to supply me with documentation since we had to pay out of pocket and claim reimbursement through our insurance. By the time our daughter concluded her therapy and met all her goals, she was sad since she loved going there so much. Couldn’t recommend Capitol Kids enough to all those needing these types of services for your kiddos. I would give them more than five stars if I could!.

I would highly recommend Capital Kids Occupational Therapy for children who have speech challenges. We came into Capital Kids right after the covid shut down, and had been doing speech for about two years at this point (over zoom/ would never recommend this for 3/4-year-olds), my daughter started to meet milestone, and her speech improved. Mrs. Zoey was so patient with my daughter, redoing sounds, and mouth movements over and over, she was never frustrated or short with my daughter with the repetition. The slight improvements combine became huge wins for my daughter's speech, and for her, she would be so happy when she finally said the word correctly. She has officially graduated this month, and we will miss Mrs. Zoey.

My daughter has been doing speech therapy with Zoe for a year and a half and has made consistent, impressive improvement. We are reaching the end of our need for therapy, and I cannot speak highly enough of the services we have received. Communication and objectives have been clear, scheduling has been easy and consistent, and the staff is really talented and professional.
