In 2015 I moved to Rocklin from the Bay Area. I'm loving it here and just hit the 1-year mark. During that year I kind of developed some terrible eating habits and I was so happy when I discovered Ideal Protein Roseville. I love this program and Matt and Chip are very caring and supportive and that means everything on this plan. You are not alone. From the first day I went on the program, I felt so good. My confidence went way up and my heart burn is gone. Very thankful that Matt and Chip opened an office in Roseville. This is a healthy weight lose program. Try it you won't be disappointed.

This program was amazing! It taught me how to eat all over again and I lost almost 55 lbs in around 14 weeks and it didn't even feel tough. Judy was wonderful and I will continue to go see them once a month for accountability. I highly recommend this program!

This place is great. I love not having to track calories or any of the hassles of yo-yo dieting. This is the sustainable with weekly check-in. Also, it’s very affordable. You would be surprised how much you save when you’re not eating junk food anymore.
