3 Best Used Car Dealers in Allentown, PA

I recently was shopping for a new car and wasn't having much luck, that was until I came across Drivetime. The website was super easy and making an appointment was as well. But the best part were the people at the dealership, who in my opinion went above and beyond. My husband is newly disabled and in wheelchair and one main aspect of what we were looking for was something that was easy to get in and out of and also have space for the wheelchair and other things as well. I personally worked with Kristen at the Allentown, PA location and she really knew what I wanted after her asking just a few questions about what we were looking for. Needless to say we bought our new car yesterday and couldn't be happier. The financing options were also good especially when I don't have the best of credit! I would definitely recommend Drivetime if you ate looking for that personal touch and not interested in a sales person only wanting to sell you something.

Let me just start by saying I absolutely love Brian!! He was so helpful!! I’m so indecisive on things and be had all the patience in the world to deal with me. Brought me all the keys for what I was interested in. Looked at every car I wanted to and explained in detail about them. I am very happy with my decision and Brian! At first I was disappointed because the car I came to get was not available but my Customer Service Guide was so helpful and knowledgeable she would not let me be disappointed. When we first entered Enterprise we were greeted within minutes, everyone was so friendly. We had Emily as our rep and she was wonderful. My husband and I took the car for a test drive while they looked at my trade and got everything together. They made the buying and trading process so easy and gave us an incredible amount for my car. I would totally buy another car from Enterprise when I’m in the market again! We were so happy with the process. We were there for a total of 45 minutes and most of that was our test drive!
