STRATA FLATS REVIEWS

So far my fiancé and I are loving it here! It is a huge upgrade from our last apartment. We love that we have access to the gym, the lounge area, business center, and so much more. The neighbors have been kind so far! I love how we have a in unit washer and dryer. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance staff is so kind and helpful. Most importantly, Samantha in the leasing office is welcoming, helpful, and respectful. She helped us through the whole move in process! One of the reasons we chose STRATA West is because of how Samantha treated us. The past 3 years we’ve dealt with a rough leasing office and now we are so happy to live in an apartment where the leasing office cares for their residents. Anyways, we love it here so far!

Maintenance responded quickly that same morning. Khalib diagnosed the problem, left briefly to get a tool, returned soon and fixed the problem. He was professional and advised me to call for help anytime it may be needed, not to hesitate. All is well!

Since moving here I can’t speak any higher about Strata. The staff here is everything you want with an apartment complex. They handle every request professionally and go above and beyond to make sure any issue is resolved. In the front office, Sam and Renee are the very definition of friendly and inviting. They truly make a great impression of Strata….One that will last your entire stay.

SUMMIT RIDGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The maintenance team is great! Nelson and Tim are always friendly and knowledgeable about maintenance issues that arise. The office always responds quickly to inquires. I really appreciate the professionalism and prompt service.

Tim and Nelson do a great job with all their maintenance jobs in my apartment. I called about my oven and it was fixed quickly! They are kind and I truly appreciate what they do!

The staff is just wonderful! Christiana, Acting Property Mgr, is always pleasant, helpful & responsive. The Maintenance team, Nelson & Mark, really know their stuff & are professional & also a pleasure to deal with!

THE LAKES REVIEWS

We have loved our experience in living at Madison at the Lakes, mainly due to the great customer service received from the leasing office. We have been thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness (and niceness) received during the move-in process, maintenance requests (very few of course), and simple inquiries. The additional surprise perks received for residents, ranging from a free pizza delivered to having our car washed on the property, continue to make us extremely happy with our choice in moving to this great location, just off of the golf course and surrounded by great amenities.

Madison at the Lakes has been a great place to live. I especially love the walking path and the serene setting. You are close to everything but it feels like you are away from the crowds. Everyone has been very friendly and the office/maintenance staff is responsive. My apartment is very spacious with lots of closets, and it's also very quiet. I would highly recommend living here!

This is an incredible place to call home! My apartment was so comfortable and spacious, as well as quiet. The complex itself is so peaceful and well planned out, with a great walking path and a really nice pool. The management office is so organized and helpful. The maintenance crew is super responsive and does a really nice job. After a wonderful 3 years I am really sad to leave!
