Wonderful customer service! I ordered a bouquet and it was delivered same day and in time for my Aunt's birthday. The turnaround time was incredible! I called the assisted living facility to notify them that a flower delivery was on it's way and to my surprise, they said it already arrived...within the hour of ordering! The secretary also kept complimenting how gorgeous the flowers were. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and beautiful flowers!

Absolutely amazing service! I needed a last minute floral arrangement sent to someone with a specific delivery time and they accommodated my request. They went above and beyond and were very easy to work with. They have a very wide variety of fresh flowers and do very nice work. I am very impressed with Ashley’s Florist and without question will be calling them again for future flower deliveries. Amazing flowers and amazing customer service!.

Purchased a beautiful flower arrangement for a family member who was celebrating a very special birthday. Unfortunately, due to the cold weather and arrangement froze before the homeowner was able to receive it. Ashley's was incredibly helpful when I called. They were able to deliver a new arrangement that day. I will be placing all my future floral orders with Ashley's Florist.

We used Rich Mar for a short notice funeral arrangement. When we arrived at the church we noticed there were zero roses which was the primary flower we requested as it was the deceased favorite. After calling the shop, they drove to the church and plugged in a handful of roses for the service. We had the burial the following day and in the interim Rich Mar went to the funeral home and added an additional dozen and a half roses. We appreciate their prompt response and their ability to rectify our issues.

I ordered a flower arrangement 2 mins before the deadline for same day delivery, and thought they probably wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order… I was surprised that within a couple hrs, they delivered what I was told was “the most beautiful arrangement I had received”. I think also that the price is fair for the quality of the product. Would definitely recommend.
