My wife and I recently had the pleasure to work with Hilda to design a new set of rings. This was our first experience with Bixlers and Hilda and it could not have been better. We are extremely pleased with the rings and the creative way that Bixlers used the diamonds from the original engagement ring to create a beautiful pendant. We worked with Ben L. At bixlers to choose/design our wedding bands. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable offering us snacks and water and anything else he could think of. There was no request that he couldn’t accommodate. He would also ask us about wedding planning and our engagement story. The people who work here, especially Ben truly care about their clients! We will be returning in the future.

Ben helped my husband and I find the perfect ring for my right hand. I was looking for a ring to compliment my engagement ring and wedding band. I was not 100% sure what style, or even what stone I was looking for. Ben went from counter to counter showing us different types of ring until we found the perfect one. He was patient (especially with 2 young kids being present), and very informative. I am absolutely obsessed with my ring.
