All in all this is a very nice hotel which has a 24 hour shuttle. It's very close to the airport and resturaunts. Breakfast is not included at least not in our package. It is available if you choose. They do have a 24 hour "vending" area that you can purchase drinks and snacks including beer. They have a bar area but not a traditional bar. We haven't had the pleasure of trying that part out but seems as though others have commented they liked it. Our room was very clean. We have stayed several times but usually only when flying in late. We have not used any of the amenities so I can't comment on that. All the employees we encountered very very nice.

Amanda was more than helpful love you so much for being a great employee and just for being a Very informational person !!! I am super comfortable here at the hiltons and they even allow pets with a small fee compared to most places great ch Choice if You are in the Lehigh Valley area. I want to see the best choice.

Stayed here for my sister’s wedding. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They did not let the fact that reno was happening slow them down. When I was charged $6 for water I did not receive, they made sure I got a refund. Excellent all around.

COMFORT INN LEHIGH VALLEY WEST REVIEWS

Thank you to the hotel staff for having positive attitude and providing a pleasant stay. Room 126 is a first floor handicapped room, layout was accomodating. Exit doors and parking were easily accessible. The lobby was clean, no smells of smoke or Marijuana, desk staff was cheerful (even when busy), and the lobby restaurant had light alcohol and food options during the evening. I want to recognize Christina for her pleasant and cheerful attitude. She was a kind and an approachable person, delivered professional service to the evening restaurant/bar and early morning breakfast. The hot breakfast selection was better/best compared to most choice hotels we have stayed.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet and friendly staff all doing a great job. Thanks for the hospitality & some well needed rest. We look forward to seeing you and in the future.

Very clean and the bed was great. Close to Cracker Barrel, fast food, and Rite Aid. Would definitely stay there again!

RENAISSANCE ALLENTOWN HOTEL REVIEWS

The staff was super attentive! Stayed here for convenience after a Cirque de Soleil Crystal show at the PPL Center. To sum it up, The Renaissance was a surprising pleasure and the lobby smelled amazing lol! We requested a high floor with a view ( anything other than brick bldgs) and voila! A view! Who knew! The room was spacious with an extra seating and dining area. It was clean and modern. The decor was modern with a very nice bar on the 3rd floor. No room service, and it was freezing out, so ordering Doordash (try Halal down the street for huge portions) was no big deal. Made it just in time for breakfast in a relaxing dining area; the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc.. etc...with made to order omelet and waffle options. All in all, it was a really nice, local get-a-way. Will definitely be back.

Ryan at the front desk was awesome, the hotel has a great location, off street parking deck, and they offer valet services, which I would strongly suggest if you have a lot of luggage because it’s a walk, rooms are decorated perfectly very tastefully. The beds are super comfortable as you would expect from a Renaissance close to silver bars that are in easy walking distance, tons of nightlife and good dining around. They definitely have cleaned up downtown Allentown.

3rd time we’ve stayed here for Christmas week. Staff is very accommodating, with housekeeping bringing necessities at all hours. ADA compliant roll-in shower. Nice view, especially from 10th floor
