The CarMax in Reno is the best CarMax I have been to. If you go to the Reno CarMax to buy a vehicle ask for Riley. Riley is very knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service. He is efficient, responsive, and honest. I originally purchased a Rav4, which ended up being not the right vehicle choice for my needs. The return process was easy and quick! I was able to drive away with my new Nissan Rogue the same day as my return. My experience with CarMax (Reno location) has been outstanding. If you are going to buy a car, I highly recommend you go here before any other dealership. I’m one happy customer, thank you Reno CarMax!

I had my car appraised through CarMax in advance and set an appointment. Everything about my experience was excellent. I received the price that was quoted after a quick inspection of my car. The paperwork was completed in a few minutes and we were out the door. We will recommend CarMax to anyone looking to sell their car. Process was much better than a typical car dealer.

i’m not sure why all the liberals leave bad reviews! Carmax had the right car at the right price. they shipped it from Arizona to Reno. i am so happy with the staff and how easy the purchase was. this is my second car i bought from Carmax and I will use them again for future car purchases.
