From the first meeting with Tara, she was such a gem to work with! She worked very hard to understand and grasp my vision. The moment I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, I was in awe! Tara had taken care of absolutely everything! She took my dreams and made it a seamless reality. She truly has a talent, not only for being a devoted wedding planner, but also for developing a relationship with each bride to make sure her day is as perfect as she imagined!

If you want to have a stress free wedding day, and make it be something you can truly enjoy - then you NEED to hire Tara and her team! She takes the headache out of planning a wedding, and makes sure to wrap up any loose ends that might pop up on the wedding day so that you can have the best day ever that's sure to go off without a hitch!

We went with the Wedding Management from Tara and her SSWE team for our wedding, and I just wish we decided to go with her sooner. Time gets away from you between life and preparing for the wedding and Tara and her team were very detail oriented. They helped us think about a lot of key details that helped make our wedding a great time for us and our guest.

I used Ashley at the Soirées by Lauren team for month-of wedding coordination for my November 2024 wedding. Ashley and her team was wonderful to work with! Ashley is incredibly organized, punctual and professional. She helped reach out on my behalf when I had a difficult wedding vendor situation, and also helped me find a wonderful replacement vendor when one cancelled just a few months before the wedding. She did a great job customizing our timeline to our unique day. Highly recommend!

Ashley and team are essential to your wedding day. Their organization and ability to take charge for coordinating vendors and timelines will make sure your day runs smoothly without worry. I was able to enjoy every aspect of my day because of their ability to take charge. They take the time to understand your goals for the day and make wonderful connections with preferred vendors so that you’re making the best decisions.

Ashley and Courtney were wonderful! They were extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel very special on our wedding day. Everything ran smoothly and we were confident that we were in good hands. We couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend :)

Marci and Kari were the best day of coordinators we could have asked for! They are warm, fun, and extremely organized. They made sure to go over every little detail with us before the day so it would run smoothly and we wouldn't have to stress about anything. While the day mostly went perfectly, there were a couple of unavoidable issues like the tent heater not working. However, we didn't even know that had happened until the day after- they really prioritized making our day stress free. It was truly the best day of our lives, thanks in large part to Marci and Kari! Highly, highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about these ladies! They made our simple backyard wedding into an evening of our dreams. It couldn’t have been more perfect, all thanks to Marci and Kari. From ensuring we were all photo ready, to DJing, to making sure my husband and I stayed hydrated and fed, and so much more, they did it all with a smile! There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude for them!!!

Thank you the ladies of Coastal Events for making our wedding day one to remember. They took care of every detail. There was no bridal stress thanks to them! They will make any special event better than you could ever dream of!
