The office staff were accommodating with my schedule and acted quickly to get the process going in a very short timeframe. The installers were efficient and installed all 10 windows in one day and left the rooms clean. They responded quickly to an issue I had with some of the caulking and fixed it the very next day. I highly recommend NRG if you need your windows replaced.
