Hands down THE BEST quality & customer service!! I built a new house and I obtained 3 estimates for window coverings. I expected Custom Blinds & Design to be out of my budget…surprisingly they were well within it and with by far better quality in product. The customer service & the lifetime warranty is a huge plus! The designer Rhonda that came to my home to help me decide which window treatments I wanted was amazing. She made sure my color selections blended with everything in my home to provide a cohesive look throughout and installation was prompt as well. I am SO happy with my results. I can’t say enough about this business. Absolutely a class act! So personal & professional.

The process was very straightforward. Rhonda came to our house to provide recommendations and show us samples. The blinds arrived and were installed quickly (about 4 weeks). Rhonda did a great job setting expectations about the timeline and next steps. When Justin came to install the blinds he was very cordial and detailed about explaining all the features. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out - they look beautiful and changed the entire space. The price was a little high but it was well worth it.
