Chicago Hot Yoga

I can not thank Cat, Michael and Marita enough for the lovely classes in their new temporary space on Damen. I feel so welcomed each and every time I enter the space. I have been practicing Shapeshifting and the 26 poses of hot yoga since April now, and my body is so much stronger and healthier for it. Thank you Cat for your wisdom and grace as you persevered through such a hard time recently after losing your studio in Andersonville and having to rebuild from ground up. Thank you Michael for your making me laugh during Shapeshifting. And thank you Marita for your patience and calm demeanor during classes. You all are natural-born teachers and I am so lucky to have found you. The people I practice with are so nice too! It isn't a pretentious studio at all. Come see for yourself!.

I am visiting from Louisville and believe I came to the same yoga studio I discovered back in 2009! Full circle. I absolutely loved the class and Marita was an excellent teacher. If you're in the area highly highly recommend.
