Hot On Yoga

Previously I had done a few yoga classes and was looking for a place that I could go on a more regular basis. I signed up for the 1 week unlimited to get a feel for what the classes were like. I enjoyed the physical and mental benefits of the classes, and found that it was also a great work-out and kept coming back for more. In just a few months my flexibility and endurance has greatly increased. I really like all the instructors who are always encouraging and clear in their directions. Mike is a master teacher and is very particular about each pose being done safely to the degree that one is able. If you have never been to a hot yoga class I would highly encourage you to at least give it a try. You may find, like me, that you really enjoy the practice and the health benefits that come.

I regret starting 3 yrs ago, I have been passing by this HOY for 3yrs and been just too coward to go.. This year I pull out all my courage to step in, I signed up for their $30 7days new student unlimited Yoga and I love it... The heat and sweat is addicting, the staff are so hospitable, and knowledgeable. The yogis are super nice, yesterday I purchased my one month membership.. Planning to.
