Shakti Power Yoga

I LOVE this studio! I was very attached to my studio in Orlando and used to be a teacher myself before I moved to Nashville, so you could say I was a little picky when it came to finding the perfect studio. I tried a few out before I found Shakti and I've been a member ever since! They have an array of different classes and experienced instructors that offer a welcoming, balanced practice whether you're looking for something more relaxing and meditative or up-beat and energetic. I couldn't recommend this place more!.

Shakti is made from love. Wide range of yoga classes, lots of different powerful personalities from the teachers, tons of classes each day, 2 studio spaces, all bound together with love and community. Teachers are powerful, and the community is filled with welcoming people.

Great teachers, well versed and knowledgeable. The space is so cool and the staff is great. I'm just visiting from out of town and the have mats to rent and showers. It's perfect.
