Lionel took a look at my computer, which had been acting up. He ran several diagnostic programs and was very thorough, trying to figure out what the issues was. He couldn't find anything amiss but suspect the problem might come up again. He thinks it might be a memory issue. He didn't charge to look at it and told me to just keep an eye on it. I will definitely go back to him if it acts up again. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

Lionel saved my mountain of data from an old machine for me so promptly and with such a positive attitude I will never use any other computer guy.
