This place was awesome from start to finish in every conceivable way. They called me the same day I requested an appointment and was able to install it only four days later. From the start, they provided me with a time frame as to when they would arrive. Before leaving, they called to tell me they were on the way and provided me with a link to track them so I knew exactly where they were. Upon arriving, Joey was super courteous and helpful. I was having my hot water heater replaced because of getting a walk-in tub. I wanted a tankless and he said it would be no problem to change over from a tank. Again on the day of install, he called when he was on the way. The install went flawlessly and quick. He took the time to explain everything and said if I ever have any concerns please give them a call. Before calling Comfort Dynamics, I got a quote from another company for the exact same work and it was right at twice the amount. This is one time paying less did not come back to bite me. I definitely highly recommend Comfort Dynamics to anyone needing work done.

Chris Horton was great to work with! He came late and stayed late so that we could get the process going in purchasing a new unit. He went above and beyond explaining everything and was overall great to work with! Chris was very knowledgeable, was not pushy and worked within our budget. Our last two visits were handled by a technician by the name of Tobey, very professional not to mention his detailed outline and diagnosis of our issue.
