We had the pleasure of working with Oliver Smith for our commercial property inspection Summer 2024. He is courteous, thorough, professional, and very trustworthy. His inspection report was extremely detailed and was submitted to us within about an hour of completing the inspection. We had the honor of having him come out again to inspect our residential property March 2025. Oliver is a pleasure to talk with and work with. Scheduling our appointment was very easy with Anastasia and she answered all our questions over the phone. She even answered the phone close to 8 pm though we were expecting to have to leave a message! I highly recommend Oliver and the whole team at Ally Property Inspections to take care of your needs.

Oliver Smith was very knowledgeable and thorough. He provided candid insights on the quality of repairs and renovations, as well as the risks associated with different issues that were noted during the inspection process. I'd recommend him and his company without reservation, and will use his services again if and when the need arises.
