TOP 3 ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBING & WATER CLEANUP BIRMINGHAM REVIEWS

Had water back up from my washer to the toilet at 6:30 at night. Roto Rooter came out on Monday 11/30/24, cleaned out my pipes. Found roots in the outside lines. Kevin the field Supervisor came out the next day (New Years Eve day) used the camera to locate the problem areas. They were willing to come the next day (New Years Day) at no extra charge and fix it. I elected to have them wait till today 1/4/25 on a Saturday because that was what worked best for me. They handled EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! Was here when they said they would be and did a Fantastic JOB!!!!!

My washing machine was backing up into my kitchen sink so I set up a same day appointment. Alex arrived on time, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was able to clear out the grease buildup within the line and shared preventative measures that I could use to maintain a clear line. I’m happy with the results!

Excellent and efficient service. Alex came in on time to take a look at the broken flush in my toilet and repaired it in a quick and efficient manner. He is a great serviceman. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing related issues!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s claim of being open 24 hours certainly held true this Saturday morning. I contacted them regarding a kitchen sink plumbing leak, and my call was promptly answered. My information was taken professionally, and I was given a service window between 12 PM and 4 PM for when a technician would arrive. I truly appreciate the efforts of the management team for keeping me informed about the technician’s status prior to arrival. Mr. Rider. M. arrived within the promised timeframe, eager to assess the issue. He clearly explained the problem, offered a practical solution along with pricing, and executed the plan efficiently once I agreed.
