Great customer experience, attention to detail, communication as to the process - service - training was extraordinary, service teams knowledge is tops in the industry. I will definitely be calling Elite’s Pool Team to discuss our next project of an in ground pool install.

These guys (Colton) are amazing. Very personable and professional group. Had an issue that I thought would be the end all and turned out to be not much of a problem at all. Colton spent time with me to answer any questions and spoke on my level of pool knowledge. The service call annd labor was way less than expected too. Elite will be my pool guys forever. I’d recommend to anyone.

From explaining the options to following up and doing an amazing installation job, Kyle was the best service manager. He was very knowledge and professional. Kyle was friendly from start to finish and takes pride in his work. Cannot recommend Elite enough.

I had a great experience with Hollywood Outdoor Living from start to finish. They helped guide me through the process of choosing the right hot tub without any pressure and were extremely knowledgeable. The installation was smooth and well-coordinated, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I also really appreciate the peace of mind of knowing the hot tub is under warranty and that they’re local and available for service whenever needed. Highly recommend working with this team.

Hollywood (Pool) Outdoor Living has serviced our pool for almost 40 years. They have been incredible all through the years. When we have had any issues they have always worked hard to resolve them. This is a good and stable company to work with.

We started using Hollywood’s pool maintenance service this past summer and we were totally satisfied. Larry B does a great job - we will request him again next summer.

I decided a couple of years ago to start maintaining our pool myself, and we’ve been getting our water tested weekly here ever since. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchase our pool supplies in bulk, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very nice store and service center. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. Also well-stocked with spare parts and accessories. A pleasure doing business there.
