Very satisfied with my experience with Precision Garage Doors of Birmingham. Scheduling was a breeze via their online portal. My technician, Marvin, showed up right on time. Communication ahead of time was great so I knew exactly when to be ready and what to expect. The cost was reasonable, especially as I had recently received a quote from another local company that was 2x the cost for the same service! Marvin was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Our garage door is working perfect now! I will definitely be using Precision Garage Doors again.

I have used Precision Garage Door over the years for various servicing needs. This time I had to replace the opener for my garage door after 25 years. Paul took the time to explain what had happened with the old opener and offered options for me to choose from for the replacement opener. He came back the next day and completed the service in about an hour. He was very friendly and thorough. I recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door repair/replacement services.

I called Precision Door this morning and they scheduled me for this afternoon. Kevin called me early, able to arrive earlier than planned but offered to stick with the originally scheduled time, if needed. (I appreciated that since sometimes it's hard to leave work early!) It was obvious that the coil was broken. He quoted the price right then, and fixed it in in about half an hour. Quick and thorough. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them.

OGD OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR REVIEWS

Very nice, polite, salesperson. Explained the issue and told me how he would correct the problem.He did a great job; after he checked it all out, it appeared fine, but later, after he left, I noticed the door was not as flush to the floor as it had been. I’ve called OGD for a re-check, and am confident it will be adjusted.

We have used OGD for years now and they have never disappointed us yet. You call and they come and assess your problems and fix them. I always tell people how good and reliable they are. We give them a 5+++ rating.

I was able to have a technician the next day. He was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. The price was reasonable. I would recommend OGD for any garage door issues.
