American Freight

I have been looking for the perfect furniture for my finished basement for quite some time; about a year or two. A couple days ago I went to Big Lots, then Value City… I found very nice sectionals at both places but I still wasn’t 100% satisfied. On a whim I went to American Freight and found exactly what I was looking for! Dave greeted me at the door and was very gracious and allowed me space to shop and find what wanted. I found the perfect sectional that had color and a modern/retro feel. It took me all of 15 minutes to find what I was looking for. As soon as I was ready Dave was right there to assist me and I checked out with no problem! Delivery set up through sales was a breeze. The only issue was I wanted delivery after 4p. The delivery window was about 3 hours unbeknownst to me as the only way I was updated was when I called American Freight. I would have liked to be more aware of delivery process and timing up front or during as I could have planned my time accordingly. However, the delivery team was very nice and quickly assembled my sectional. Much appreciated! Thanks American Freight!

So first off, I do not recommend the finance service!!!!! Find another way to pay because you are getting robbed with them!!!! That being said, we bought a scratch and dent washer and dryer. Great deal!! But the dryer did not work. Made a call, manager called me back in just a few minutes, told me to come in and swap it out with the floor model. Kind of sucks to ha e to do that, but hey, it happens. Everyone was really nice and made me feel like they appreciated me shopping there!!!! I will buy all of my appliances from these guys!!!!!

My fiance and I had a great experience shopping for our new living room furniture. Darnell and Trey were excellent!! They were extremely helpful with all our questions and getting us to our price to take home our new furniture!!! We really appreciate both of them!!
