3 Best Towing Companies in Akron, OH

Recently I was broke down with broken U-joint on my big truck. Johnny's was sent over by an affiliate company. Driver...Dan ?? stabilized my disturbed driveshaft and I was able to get rolling again on the auxiliary axle ...enough to get the truck rolling to a garage where full repair was done. Company charged me only 50% of the rate quoted on the phone because there was a roadside repair instead of a tow, which I REALLY appreciate. There are no shortage of mercenaries out there who abu$e people who are broke down on the highway. Evidently Johnny's doesn't run with that crowd. Thank you folks, for getting me out of a tight spot and not gouging me. We need more people like you in the transportation industry and LESS parasites who rape stranded motorists.

I called my insurances road side assistance and was told to stay with the vehicle while they attempted to locate a tow company. I was told that 13 tow companies were called, and no one could come to aid. After doing some research on google, I came across Johnnys and gave the insurance company the number to Johnny's, and a little over an hour later (due to a major accident the same night), the driver arrived. The call center operator for Johnny's was not only apologetic for the delay but said he'd prayed for our safety until a driver could arrive. He also told us to contact them to let him know we made it home safe. The driver was efficient,friendly, and knowledgeable. I am grateful for Johnny's Towing.

Manuel was a great help. Tonight finally pushed me to the point to leave a review; time after time Team towing has came through in a pinch no matter if I was stranded on the side of the road or locked my keys in the car. The help sent has consistently been friendly and helpful people and tonight was no exception. Many thanks to Manuel, I was waiting for hours thanks to AAA and this dude still helped me feel better. Solid company, keep hiring the good ones.

I had a great experience with Team Towing. I was stranded with a smoking car in the middle of a thunderstorm late at night and they had a driver (Mike) out to me in less than 15 minutes. Mike was really excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable and pleasant, and when my car's wheels locked up and started hydroplaning on the tow to the mechanics, he quickly and calmly adapted.

Bryan S. said he always does his best.. well let me tell you, he was phenomenal. One side of my gas tank had fallen and he worked it and got the car on the flat bed. He knew what he was doing. If there is a way to get them when I call AAA, I'm doing it. Yes I recommend.
