After a fairly decent collision with another vehicle our vehicle was, as they put it, hurting badly, and in need of a lot of repairs and a lot of man hours of work. Caliber Collision got on it right away and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Everyone we interacted with was kind and caring and understanding that it’s a frustrating situation to be in, they answered any and all questions we had regarding the car, and even got it back to us sooner than they first thought! And working through the at-fault driver’s insurance with them was a smooth process too. Overall, a great interaction and we will definitely be going to them again if we ever have a collision again (but hopefully not haha!). Also a side note — the detailer who worked on our car worked WONDERS, they were all fantastic, but extra kudos to him!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. They did an excellent job fixing my car and were very thorough with the repairs, everything was done right the first time. They also cleaned my car really well, which I appreciated. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on. Highly recommend!

Great experience all the way through! Repairs were done very well and Heath and Liz are AMAZING!!! They also did a very thorough job cleaning the interior of my vehicle. It looks brand new again. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will be using them again should I ever need to.

My truck is super important to me, hauls my bikes, my family, and my dogs. I got rear ended and needed my bumper repaired. I was anxious about the process, but this was a big nothing!! I am so extremely satisfied with Gerber, I will be continuing to stick with them. The staff is sensational, each person there takes a really genuine approach to making you feel comfortable with the situation. I hope they have an awesome Christmas and hope to see them again, but for a positive reason! If you are considering a repair center, no contest: Gerber 100%.
