My husband and I met Julie Saal at the showroom the other day, and she was very helpful. Julie set up an appointment for someone to come out to look at our windows today. We met with Mark Johnson and he was really helpful in helping us choose what we were looking for. He listened to our concerns and was a polite and respectful. Mark showed us some great options, and gave us a lot to think about. Thank you both for your help.

Our first round of fiberglass windows on our first floor have made a HUGE difference in how warm our house is in the cold winter months, so we are looking forward to how these new windows will warm up the rest of the house. Can't recommend them enough, installation was great and the whole process is very easy.

As builders, we absolutely love working with Bill Linnen. He is so great with communication and ensuring our clients get exactly what they want. We highly recommend working with Bill and are always confident in the quality Pella offers.

My husband and I had a patio door installed and everything was great! From the initial design consultations and quotes to the install everything went smoothly. Things were communicated accurately and appropriately, no scary sales tactics were used, everyone took the time to answer all of our questions and ease any concerns we had. Installers were professional, funny, and efficient. We are very pleased with how the door and install turned out and will use window world for future needs.

The windows look great. I don't live at the house, but the feedback I've gotten is that it is less humid indoors and the upstairs is not as warm as it has been. The installation was much quicker than I anticipated. The guys were nice and cleaned up completely. They showed me all of the features and gave me good tips on how to open them to clean. Overall great experience.

Great experience with Window World. The sales rep gave a good presentation and gave a fair price up front, no shady negotiation. That made me want to sign up. Glad I did, the installers did an awesome job and now I have energy star efficient windows.

First of all, we have completed renovated our house over the past 21 years and we have dealt with many contractors, painters, etc. By far Patrick and his staff were the most professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and easiest to work with out of all service providers that we have dealt with. Their attention to detail and going the extra mile is unmatched! Also, their pricing is market competitive and we would have paid 2x as much because of the great experience we encountered with Patrick and his staff. We had a loose baseboard and some other odd jobs around our house that we could not get to and without asking Patrick and his crew just went and fixed them. We would wholeheartedly recommend Akron Window for any project we have in the future.

Akron Window Company did an amazing job with the windows in my new house. I needed to have all 2nd floor windows replaced, and all 1st floor windows capped and resealed, and everything looks perfect! Everyone I talked with was cool too. I will be recommending Akron Window Company to anyone I know with window repair or window replacement needs.

No pressure, no hassle, no problems sums up my experience with this company. I appreciated every step of the experience and attention to detail. The price was unbeatable and install was quick, neat, and very professional.
