My mother lived here for a year and a half in the memory care unit. These were difficult times for my family but the staff here was amazingly supportive. They helped with decisions, listened to concerns and made my mom feel like family. The facility was beautiful, clean and had great food. They enjoyed many outings & recreational activities. Wonderful people!! Will be forever grateful!

Every staff member makes you feel like family and the residents have only praise to sing about the quality of their care here. What a comfort to be able to trust that your loved ones are respected and provided an environment in which they will thrive in! Thank you all for all you do.

HOLIDAY COPLEY PLACE REVIEWS

I was very impressed when I visited Copley Place this week. The public spaces and private rooms were very clean and orderly and it appears to have been renovated recently with attractive furnishings, carpet, wall hangings, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was affordable for my family member who is now a resident. Having a physical therapist service on-site has been extremely helpful and convenient. I strongly recommend to potential residents and their families!

Moved my mom in there last year, April I think.it has been the BEST move for her and me!! I know she is happy and cared for. It gives me such comfort knowing she is there. The bus rides are such a huge plus!! The food is delicious and the whole atmosphere is just amazing!!

Wonderful people. Wonderful workers. A great kitchen staff. Wonderful food!! I would recommend this facility to anyone retired or not!!

OHIO LIVING ROCKYNOL REVIEWS

My family member has been here about 10 months in assisted living and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff, aides and nurses are so friendly and the service has been top notch. The facility is new and beautiful and the food service is excellent with many options at each meal period. It is the perfect environment that has allowed for greater social interaction and friendships to be formed. They have many activities and a weekly cocktail party for the residents with monthly outings to either a restaurants. I think a family has to do months of research in picking what place is the best for their family member and base their decision on many factors for it to work out best.

My father was a very high-need individual the last couple years of his life and was at a number of facilities. Rockynol was by far the best. His experience was unanimously great amongst aides, nurses, social worker, and all other staff. He was mostly in the rehab wing and the rehab staff also did a great job.

My mother moved from another local retirement community to Rockynol Assisted Living seven moths ago. We are more than pleased with the staff, environment, food and activities. Highly recommended!
