I highly recommend living here. It's like living at a plush hotel, with all the amenities. Check out all the pics they are amazing. And when you start your application. Get with Diamond Williamson Property Manager. She is the Best property manager that I have ever worked with. About Diamond, she is a college graduate. She is very smart, business oriented. When you have a question or an issue with anything, she gets right on it. She is so friendly and polite. Always willing to help. Her appearance is very professional and she always dresses for success. She is a beautiful woman inside and out. So when you want any info about living here. You know who to contact. Thank you Diamond for always being there for me. I love living here !!.

I just completed a tour with Denver of the 401 lofts and only thing I can say was it was amazing. Trying to find my first apartment has been overwhelming but he made the process feel so easy. He was very helpful and informative about any of the questions I had.

I have been looking for a place for my father in law close to me with a fast move in date. Lindsay has been AMAZING! she has helped me get everything done and settled for a fast move in date. Any questions I have had she is quick to respond and always so friendly and nice. She made a very stressful process for me so much easier! Great staff! I highly recommend!.

Have had a great experience during my time in the apartment. Everything has worked out really well, and if there's any issues the maintenance team usually hops on it within a day or so. I won't lie, you can tell the complex has some age, but it really does not take much away from the living experience, and for the price you cannot beat it in the area. Honestly a local akron boy's outdoor dream spot. Towpath is 500ft away, pool, gym, pickleball/basketball court, fishing in the cuyahoga, etc. If you are an outdoors type person and you love akron, this is the spot for you. And just a quick walk to the Valley Cafe. Have had no safety issues here, honestly one of the safer spots in Akron. Couldn't recommend this complex enough.

Very spacious apartments and great staff. The only thing I wish they would have at least two washers and two dryers in each building makes it kind of difficult to do your clothes. Wonderful neighborhood. Lindsay is a great addition to the staff. Very helpful.
