We came in on a Saturday without an appointment to find a dress for my daughter’s debutante ball, not expecting how insanely busy it was going to be. They let us know as soon as we arrived that all dressing rooms were currently occupied but we were welcome to browse and if one was open and I found something I liked, they could try to squeeze me in. I found something and both the manager and my sales associate Kathryn were able to not only get me into a fitting room immediately, but also were able to quickly and easily assure me the one I wanted would be in timely enough for the ball, and even got me an alteration appointment setup on the spot as soon as possible. Probably the most wonderful customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos, ladies! I will absolutely come back for any formal dresses I need and will recommend to my friends to do the same. Many thanks.

This location is absolutely amazing. The entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. My stylist Katie and the manager Laurie were phenomenal. They helped me find the perfect dress with accessories to match and enhance the look. I had an absolute blast and I was able to SAY YES TO THE DRESS!!!!! This staff was a true blessing which made my experience smooth, and super enjoyable. I’m a firm believer in giving people their flowers and this team deserves them all.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Adriana was lovely and so helpful. I found a beautiful dress and veil. The store was very organized and easy to shop. They have so many choices and styles. We had a good time! Looking forward to May 2025.

Kim and team had me in and out quick. Bought three suits from a British shirt maker website. I told her the look I needed and she did a major overhaul tapering legs, bringing in the caboose, bringing up the rise, and bringing the sides in on my jackets. Two weeks later and everything looks bespoke. Bang-up job, I’ll be back.

I said “yes to the dress at KR Bridal and Tailoring”. Their selection of bridal gowns is absolutely amazing. Not only did I find my dress here, but I also purchased my veil and head piece here too. Kim was wonderful, she took her time to help me find my dress and answered all my questions, everything was done in a timely manner, she communicated with me every step of the way. Also, not only did Kim do an amazing job tailoring my dress she also did my mom’s and bridesmaids dresses as well and they looked stunning! Thank you for everything KR Bridal and Tailoring.

I came to KR Bridal & Tailoring to have my wedding gown tailored. Kim did an AMAZING job and did everything I asked without hesitation. It was a wonderful experience and Kim was able to completely take apart all of the lace on my dress and put it back together, making it look even better! If you’re looking for your wedding dress, Abbott’s is the place to go. I had the absolute best time, and said yes (!!!!) to my dream dress. You 1000% must work with Karli, she’s the sweetest person, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She listened to me and made my dream a reality. Then Jen, the manager came in, and brought the rest of my vision to life, which caused happy tears for everyone. Keep in mind, this was all happening when the store should have been closed, as my appointment ran over. I cannot recommend this place and these people enough and can’t wait for my for my wedding day! Thank you SO MUCH Abbott’s .

I had the most amazing experience at Abbott’s! It was the 3rd stop I made that day, and it was by far the best experience! I felt very welcome, and everyone was so friendly! I loved the private room, it made everything feel so much more intimate, and my bridal stylist Karli was the best! She made me feel like she really cared about helping me find “the dress” and she did! She was so much fun to work with, and the sweetest ever- if you plan on shopping here, you should absolutely request her!! I can’t thank Abbott’s enough for being THE BEST on such a special day.

I highly recommend Abbott’s as a great place to get your wedding dress. The style I wanted is unique and I was afraid I would not be able to find what I wanted in a bridal store but Abbott’s proved me wrong! I also had a unique situation which was going to make finding the right dress a bit more challenging but the staff were so compassionate and accommodating! I loved working with Karli- she truly cares about the brides and wants to make all your wedding dress dreams come true.
