Jay was great! I brought my car in before, but was unable to get work done at that time. Even then he was great and made sure I knew what all needed to be done and had a quote. I returned to get my vehicle fixed months later and he was just the same. My car was ready much sooner than I expected and is running better than it was even before the problem presented itself. Thank you Jay and the rest of Rad Air. I will be a returning customer.

I had a great experience! Jay was awesome—very communicative and made sure I thoroughly understood the issues with my car and why certain repairs were necessary. He took the time to explain everything clearly and followed up after I got my car back to ensure there were no further issues. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be bringing my car back in the future. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience bringing my car to RadAir. I had an alignment 4 months ago and just had a tire rotation, brake fluid flush, and fuel system intake service. Everything was completed in a timely manner and confirmed with me beforehand. They were transparent with cost and time service would take. I plan to continue to bring my car here for service.

From scheduling my appointment to servicing my car, the team at Van's East Market Street location was efficient, friendly and quick. When I got I to my car in freezing weather I saw my front tire was quite low. I had several appointments that day and did not want to risk a problem driving in frigid temperatures. I called Van's and had an appointment in less than two hours. They checked my tire and found it was not damaged. They cleaned the beads to be sure there were no leaks and I was on my way in less than an hour. That is why I choose Van's...they always have provided great service. Thanks Team Vans.

Van’s did an excellent job fixing my car. John was great informing me regarding all repairs that my vehicle needed. He was upfront with the price and time of completion. I take all my vehicle to Vans because they are good and honest people.

I needed a pretty involved and expensive repair. Not only did Van's accurately diagnose the issue, they beat the price of the first place I had my car towed to. While pricey, what I paid at Van's was very fair, and paled in comparison to the cost of buying a new vehicle.
