Visited King for the first time today. I brought my seven-year-old son with me. Looking at and admiring watches is something we like to do together. Even though we were new, Jim greeted us and treated us like we were long-time customers with a big purchase history. Highly recommend the store and especially Jim. Incredible selection. Wonderful experience. We will be back!

A few months ago I decided i was going to buy a couple of nice watches. Ive been in watch/jewelry stores from Florida to Kentucky. I Would enter a nice watch/jewelry store and not feel welcomed. When the sales associates would wait on me I felt as tho I shouldn’t be there and it was a burden for them to show me watches. NEVER did I feel that away at King Jewelers. From the time I entered King Jewelers doors I felt welcomed. Every associate that wasn’t actively waiting on a customer spoke to me and welcomed me. Denise has been my sales associate each time I’ve bought a watch and she is the bomb. I can honestly say i do not want to buy a watch unless Denise is my sales lady. She is so pleasant, easy going, friendly, professional and is very interested in helping you find that perfect watch and she’s a very attractive lady. The way Denise and the other associates have treated me has really sold me on King Jewelers. Call Kings and ask for Denise.

We trusted King Jewelers to help design and make an upgrade/25th Anniversary wedding ring for my wife out of heirloom diamonds from my mom. The entire staff and experience was amazing! Knowledge, quality, creativity, communication, patience, customer service, price, attention to detail all are A+++++ at King Jewelers. Highly recommended !
