This community is just a truly amazing. The office team is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is very quick and helpful! While I have seen the management change I can see that things are going in the right direction. The renovated homes are just out of this world! The newly renovated gym leaves you waiting to work out more. On top of all of those things, they community has stores located on the 1st floor such has DD and I love sushi! I highly recommend Elliston23!
With all of the amenities, this is the ideal place to live. It's the finest spot for pets (pets welcome). The management is quite polite and helpful, and they will answer quickly to any concern. The advantage of living here is that they will be available even on weekends, which is uncommon in other apartments. It includes all of the amenities, such as a gym, a swimming pool, the nicest living space, a music room, and a free coffee maker, and the rent is reasonable.
Management has changed several times and construction has been pretty slow. It seems that most of the projects have been completed and the updated amenities are really nice. Can’t wait for warm weather to use the pool and grilling area. Also want to note that since I moved into a not updated apartment (classic style) I have had several maintenance issues but the new company has been really good at getting someone in to address and resolve them quickly.

GAZEBO APARTMENTS REVIEWS
Fell love at first sight in Gazebo since last year, with tons of trees, beautiful landscapes and charming apartments. Management and leasing staff (specially Miss Aubrey and Elaine) are amazingly nice and helped us so much to get settled in. Maintenance staff are prompt and skilled. Location is great since it’s a few minutes from my workplace. Additionally, it is near to about everything, from church, grocery, downtown and airport. To top it all, I feel safe living in Gazebo, since it is a gated community and neighbors are very nice. I highly recommend.
I really love living at Gazebo! The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and attentive. The amenities here are wonderful, especially the gym! Also, Gazebo is located in a great location and is not far from downtown and right near the highway so it’s very easy to get from place to place here. I just resigned because I’ve really enjoyed living here.
Me and my family have been here for 9 months and we love living here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are great size that fits us perfect. It’s a nice quiet area where you can make friends and enjoy other people’s company when their is a activity going in the community.

I have had such a positive experience living here! The location is perfect for me and the price is great for all of the amenities we have. Kelsey & the whole leasing staff are so helpful and friendly ! Whatever I need, they take care of with a smile. Maintenance is always quick and helpful!
