GAZEBO APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Living at Gazebo has been a beautiful, friendly, and aesthetically impeccable experience for the last six months. The grounds and pools are well maintained, the neighbors are nice, the playground is cute, and the dog park is always full of cute dogs. Maintenance in the apartment has been quick and responsive, and the interior living situation could not be finer. Administrative needs are always handled promptly and professionally and in perfect order. The office staff works efficiently and is accommodating of any special needs I have had. The tennis courts and trees and creeks make for a beautiful community. I am so happy I found Gazebo - I couldn't pick a better place to call home.

I love Gazebo! The apartments are spacious and comfortable for a good price. The maintenance staff responds promptly and do a great job. The property is well-maintained and perfect for my dog. I feel safe here and the community is very friendly.

My siblings and I love living at Gazebo! Our 3 bed 2 bath is the perfect amount of space for us and we love to have friends over. There’s plenty of great amenities like the 3 pools, the clubhouse, and the gym, and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance always takes care of requests in a really timely manner!.

I moved here with my husband a few weeks ago, and we love it! I have a job at Vanderbilt & it’s a really convenient location within walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The team are really lovely and very quick to action any problems. Definitely recommend!.

Elliston is a great place to live in Nashville. I had just moved here from Cincinnati and the location was perfect for my dog and I. We would take walks to Centennial park and throughout Vanderbilt’s Campus. There are also many shops and restaurants close by. In addition, Elliston’s staff was very friendly and accommodating. All of my service requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and they were very easy to get in touch with My dog also enjoyed the rooftop park and made many new friends. So if you are new to Nashville and looking for a place that has a great location, friendly staff and rooftop dog park with city views then this is the place for you.

Amazing support from Maddie! Coming to the Europe she helped me with all documents and apps function regarding the apartment. Elliston it was a good choice, the apartment has an high roof and the spaces are organized really well.

The Lodge Bellevue has the most exceptional Maintenance Team. First my requests are completed within 24 hours. Allen and William always enter my home with respect, thoughtfulness, and a genuine regard not only for my family but my sweet four legged baby Baxter. Those two young men are the epitome of respectful and courteous service individuals. Ellie is always sharing a smile and going out of her way to be friendly and even called me by name today. Very nice woman. This maintenance team has given me and my family a sense of safety and security in our community at Lodge Bellevue. If you are a resident at Lodge Bellevue give this team a smile ,, as they are most definitely giving us smiles.

Allan did an excellent job during our maintenance visit! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great service and a friendly attitude—highly recommend!.

My fiancé and I toured a lot of different apartments before deciding on The Lodge Bellevue, and I have to say, the experience here really stood out—thanks to Nellie. From the start, she made my fiancé feel comfortable, which meant a lot to us. She was kind, informative, and never pushy, which made the whole process so much easier. The apartments honestly spoke for themselves, but having someone as helpful as Nellie made a big difference. Kevin was also great, always happy to answer my million and one questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The entire front office team has been welcoming and supportive, and we’re really excited to be moving in. It’s nice knowing we’ll be part of a community with such friendly people.
