I was in desperate need of a dining room table, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only did she take the time to understand my style and needs, but she also found me the ideal table that fits beautifully in my space. The customer service at NashCo is top-notch, and Jaclyn truly made the experience enjoyable. Went in store today at Nolensville location to look for some accent chairs for our living room and had a really GREAT experience. If you’re like me and hate going into furniture stores because you feel like you always have a shadow following you or feel some type of pressure to buy something, I can’t recommend NashCo enough. My wife and I ended up getting helped by the owners, Anthony and Jacklyn. Both of them were such nice people and very helpful. We told them our budget, and they were able to show us multiple options in our price range and guide us on both functionality and design. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy or feel like I had a shadow following me around. They simply helped us find what we needed, within our budget. Needless to say we ended up with a phenomenal deal on two really great chairs. I highly recommend checking them out for your furniture needs.

We went into NashCo today thinking the piece we wanted was in stock and ready to be taken home. While that wasn’t the case the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful! Megan helped us and was able to order it for us due to a factory warehouse issue. Megan also gave us a better price for delivery/assembly than what I saw online! Thanks NashCo and Megan.

My girlfriend and I went here to purchase a king size bed frame. After visiting many furniture stores, we were very impressed with how the sales staff here approached us. They did not pressure us and let us do our thing. Lewie in particular was extremely helpful. He got us an amazing deal and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Krys, the general sales manager, was also very helpful in finalizing the sale and helping us to understand our purchase in what to expect with delivery, assembly, etc. Ask for Krys or Lewie if you come to this location. 5/5 would recommend.

Excellent customer service at this location! Was greeted immediately upon arrival. Discussed my vision and was provided some suggestions. Was able to walk around and view at my own leisure and staff was always close by to support if I had any questions. Highly recommend this location.

They were amazing and so helpful. They did everything they could to help me. They seemed to always have my best interests in mind. This was the first time I bought furniture new and I don’t regret it.

They made sure to place the furniture where it was wanted and were very courteous.

I was amazed by the selection and choice of high quality furniture in this store. They seriously have everything. William was great in helping me pick out the perfect accent chair at a great price from a wide selection. He was also patient which I really appreciated. Highly recommend stopping by.

Karen did a wonderful job helping us pick out a sectional, countertop height stools, fabric, and a rug for our remodeling project. She was quick and easy to work with.
