I had an incredible experience at Crash Champions in Nashville. I hit a deer on NYE and brought it in two days later. The estimate and insurance process was smooth. Mark kept me updated every step of the way. It was done on the exact day they said it would be done. It looked BRAND NEW. They cleaned the inside of the car. My driver door (which was not affected by the deer) was squeaky and frequently got stuck and they fixed that too! Maybe because it was annoying and it was probably easy but that was such a great surprise and SO appreciated. I 100% recommend them.
