Tow Pro was fantastic. My tire blew on the highway, and Tow Pro was a huge help. Their driver was extremely professional, communicative, and friendly. He called to let me know his ETA, which was so appreciated. He worked quickly to get my car loaded into his truck and towed me to a tire shop in no time. Thanks, Tow Pro!

Only service to answer my call on a snowy night at 3am, and while they did take 40-50 minutes to arrive, they were very communicative, and up front about the price (even communicating the extra fees that come with using a debit card vs cash). Best service I could have asked for for the circumstance.

I had a blow out on the interstate at 11:30pm. I called them and driver came out in good timing(not a long wait) and towed my car to the house. Great communication and professional!! Thanks Tow Pro!

I am big on reading reviews but some of these reviews especially the one-star, I do not agree with. I won't downplay their experience, but my experience from the moment I called to the moment they showed up was exceptional. They told me they would be at the designated area to pick up my car between 30-45 minutes. It was more like 10 minutes. It only took them 10-12 minutes to take my car to the Nissan Dealership. Having a two-year-old car not start up is stressful enough, South Side Towing & Recovery made my situation a little less stressful. The towing price was very reasonable which I will be reimbursed for through my insurance and I received my receipt immediately upon paying. If you need a tow service, I suggest you start here.

Elmer is your dude! Elmer has towed my car multiple times and has always left my car in perfect condition. Not even a scratch. You could leave a cup of water sitting on the dash of your car and it wouldn't even tip over!! 110% recommend!!!
