Stephanie was absolutely delightful!!! She helped my sister about a month ago with a mattress purchase and while we were there she let me try out the beds as well, she gave us an amazing deal on a close out item. So the other day I called to get a mattress for me and luckily she still had three of the mattress's left and was able to get the one delivered to us! She is just amazing!!! Our delivery drivers were so sweet and helpful. I just want to say they all went above and beyond and we will definitely come see her again!!! 10/10 definitely recommend the Nashville West Location.

I had a great experience at Box Drop! Noah was very professional, kind and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to help compare the options based on my needs and wants for my child’s first big kid bed. From start to finish, a great experience. Mike was so helpful with my mattress purchase. I had just to moved to Nashville and needed a bed in a pinch. I found Mattresses by Appointment online and saw all the great reviews and decided to try it. His selection is great quality but not overwhelming like other mattress stores. He wasn’t pressuring me to purchase anything and was very knowledgeable about the products. I told him I wanted something between firm and soft and he directed me to a great cooling top bed. It’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had and the price was great, much better than what I would have gotten elsewhere. He also delivered it the same day to my house and set up my bed frame for me. 10/10 recommend! I referred my friend and she had the same great experience.

Mike was exceptional!! We came up from FL and spoke via phone before coming up. We had several excellent options to choose from once we arrived. Prices can't beat!!! Delivered and set up same day!!!! Highly recommend anyone in the Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and Spring Hill area to shop here. Service, prices, and name brands for a fraction of the cost. We will be back.
